ICC Consultants are HR Professionals, with years of experience in conducting interviews at all levels of seniority, across a broad range of global industries. Our aim is to give those entering an interview situation the opportunity to practice their skills, seek feedback and ask questions. Our consultants will also offer tailored advice to give our help improve their chances of employment.

These interview ‘virgins’ might be going for their first-ever ‘proper’ job and don’t know what to expect, how to prepare or simply need some guidance to succeed in an interview environment.
After a number of interviews to date, these individuals may need some advice and support to help them keep motivated or to adapt their approach and try something new.
These people may not have had a job interview in years, and before they ‘get back on the horse’ they want to get some advice, to reduce their anxieties and increase their confidence.
How do we support you?
Our virtual coaching sessions are 60 minutes dedicated to you.
In your 1 to 1 conversation with an ICC Consultant, you'll discuss your interview experiences to date, your worries and any questions you might have. We'll then discuss tools and techniques that might help you succeed. Our ICC Consultants will:
- Ask a few questions about you before the session
- Host a 60 minute online conversation, 1 on 1
- Share an outline of the advice for future reference.
